ADDITIONAL FEES

Cleaning & laundry: A flat fee of €400 per stay will be charged.

Security deposit: A €1,500 deposit will be held by credit card pre-authorization at the time of booking.
It will be refunded after your departure, following an inspection of the property, provided no damage has been found.

Optional services (grocery delivery, breakfast, taxi, etc.) must be paid directly to our concierge service, according to their own payment terms.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the following documents have been provided in full:

• 50% of the total amount (deposit)

• Full names of all guests

• Copy of the main guest’s ID

• Certificate of liability insurance (covering holiday rentals)

• Signed rental agreement

PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 16 days prior to arrival.
If the balance is not paid on time, the reservation may be cancelled, and the cancellation policy below will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% refund for any cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

• 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival

• No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival

HOUSE RULES

• The house and entire property (including outdoor spaces) are strictly non-smoking

• Pets are not allowed

• Events (such as bachelor/bachelorette parties) are not permitted
